Getting married in Tuscany, or spending your honeymoon here? A private yoga session shapes itself around whatever part of the week needs it most. Three common formats:

Pre-wedding yoga

An unwinding session to focus your mind and breath on yourself, so you arrive at the wedding moment present and relaxed. It can run the morning of the ceremony or the afternoon before, whichever suits the day. For a couple marrying in the morning, a sunrise practice can add to an already packed schedule, so the afternoon before is often the calmer choice. It's a 45–60 minute private session at your villa, for the bride and anyone joining, often mum or the maid of honour. I arrive at your venue; you don't have to go anywhere.

Rehearsal-day or day-before group yoga

Most of the wedding party has just flown in. The jetlag is real, the group hasn't all met yet, and nobody wants to front-load on prosecco. A group yoga session for 3–15 people on the morning of the rehearsal, taught at your villa or a terrace venue, is one of the few rituals that actually brings the wedding party together before the ceremony does. It also works as a smaller session for just a few people, such as the witnesses, the best man, or the bridesmaids. Add a wine tasting after if the day allows, with a handpicked selection, each bottle chosen by me.

Honeymoon yoga for two

Private yoga sessions during the honeymoon, from a single session to several across the week. A gentler practice; a reason to slow down before you dive back into the lunches and vineyards. If you're road-tripping through Italy and only stopping in Tuscany for a couple of days, a single session works just as well. Can be paired with a private wine tasting for the couple.

Why bring yoga into the wedding week

Destination weddings in Tuscany are a logistics marathon even for the guests. A yoga session isn't an "extra", it's the calm layer underneath a week of villa dinners, ceremony, and late nights. It's also one of the few things every guest can join, regardless of age, language, or whether they've done yoga before.

It can also be a gift. The session, or the whole wedding-week package, can be bought as a voucher for the bride, or for the bride and groom, by anyone looking for a wedding present with a bit more thought behind it.

Languages: English, Italian, Spanish. Useful when the wedding party is international, which it nearly always is.

Perfect for

  • Destination weddings in Tuscany: British, American, and international couples marrying in the region
  • Brides who want a grounding ritual the morning of the ceremony or the afternoon before
  • Wedding parties arriving ahead of the rehearsal, or smaller groups like the witnesses, best man, or bridesmaids (group yoga at the villa)
  • Couples on honeymoon, from a single session to several across the week
  • Mother-of-the-bride / wedding-planner duos looking for a shared quiet hour
  • International guests (teaching in 3 languages)

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell me the week

Wedding date, venue, which day(s) and role(s) you'd like yoga for. I'll propose a schedule that fits around the rest of the itinerary.

  2. 2

    Confirm and hold the date

A 25% deposit holds the date(s). I co-ordinate with your planner or villa manager directly if easier.

  3. 3

    Session at your venue

I arrive with all equipment. Brides get privacy; groups get mats and cushions for everyone.

What's included

  • Private or group yoga sessions, taught for mixed ability
  • Yoga equipment available to rent: mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, cushions
  • Sessions in English, Italian, Spanish, or bilingual
  • Optional wine tasting add-on (AIS sommelier, wines handpicked by me)

Frequently asked

What does wedding yoga in Tuscany cost?
Private pre-wedding sessions start from €65, and group rehearsal-day sessions from €35 per person. The wine tasting is an optional add-on, priced separately. Once I know your date and format, I'll send a detailed quote.
Can wedding yoga be given as a gift?
Yes. The session, or a wedding-week package, can be bought as a voucher for the bride, or for the couple, as a wedding present. The recipient redeems it when they confirm dates with me.
Can you fit around the wedding timeline?
Yes, this is the whole point. I co-ordinate with your planner or villa manager. Pre-wedding sessions run either the morning of the ceremony or the afternoon before; rehearsal-day group sessions usually late morning; honeymoon sessions whenever the couple wants them.
What if the bride has never done yoga?
That's common for pre-wedding sessions. I teach a gentle grounding practice: breathwork, restorative shapes, simple movement. No pressure, no complexity.
How many people can join the rehearsal-day session?
Up to 15 comfortably. For very large wedding parties we can run two back-to-back sessions. It also works the other way, as a small session for just the witnesses, best man, or bridesmaids.
Do you add wine tasting?
Yes, on request. Most commonly as an add-on to the rehearsal-day group session, turning it into a 3–4 hour morning block. See yoga + wine experience.
How far ahead should we book?
Ideally 3–6 months ahead, especially for destination wedding weeks in peak summer. But please enquire anyway, whatever your timeline: I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
