About Stefania

Stefania Gobbi

Stefania Gobbi

Your yoga guide in Tuscany

I'm Stefania, a certified Yoga teacher (YTT Jason Crandell Yoga Method) and a Yoga Alliance member. I'm based in the Tuscan hills near Pisa. I've been practicing different styles of yoga for more than 23 years and I can now say that my passion lies in Vinyasa yoga: I'm fascinated by how the physical discipline interweaves with its meditative essence, creating a practice that nurtures both body and mind. As an avid traveller myself, I understand what it means to seek balance while exploring new places. I'm fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and also speak French, so we can practice in whichever language feels most natural to you. I'm also an AIS certified sommelier and I'm happy to recommend the perfect local wine to complement your Tuscan experience. I also offer professional interpreting services for visitors to Tuscany.

What visitors say

I've been attending Stefania's yoga classes for a while now in a small group (3-5 people). Being such a small group, she truly follows each of us individually, corrects with gentleness, and always offers alternatives based on personal needs or when something is more challenging. Stefania creates a serene and welcoming atmosphere from the very start, where you immediately feel at ease. Her classes are a perfect balance of movement, breath, and final relaxation, an appointment I truly miss whenever I have to skip a session. Beyond her professionalism, I really appreciate the flexibility with scheduling and the fact that between classes she gives us small exercises to do at home: a precious help for maintaining continuity in practice and integrating yoga into everyday life. Another great added value is that she is perfectly capable of teaching in English as well, making the group accessible to non-Italian speakers. Recommended both for ongoing practice and for a single session. The new space just outside Pisa is beautiful.

Riikka A.R., Pisa

My adult daughter and I had the pleasure of attending one of Stefania's classes during our stay in Pisa. It was a wonderfully mixed group with women of different ages, and of different levels of yoga experience. Stefania has a very pleasant way of 'bringing the best out of everyone', thorough yet relaxed. I'll definitely try to book another class with her when in town again!

Kati, Frankfurt, Germany

Stefania was fantastic. A dynamic and very informative yoga class, and the tasting was equally excellent with a lot of careful research behind both the products and the wine. Definitely worth repeating! Compliments, we had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!
